Delete account
Deletes your CarbonMeld Premium account immediately. This cannot be undone.
Deleted:
- your pass — any remaining days are lost and not refunded (Terms: all sales are final)
- your API key(s)
- the projects saved in My portfolio and their pending alerts
- score alerts and pending email confirmations sent to this address
- complimentary project unlocks
- today's usage counters and your PDF download log
- your newsletter subscription, if any
Kept, for legal reasons:
- payment records (date, days, payment reference, terms accepted at checkout): 10 years, Italian tax law
- the log of projects opened with your pass: up to 540 days, used only to answer a card payment dispute
- card payment disputes and the rating disputes you sent us
- a technical sign-in counter for this address (it keeps old sign-in cookies invalid) and a do-not-send marker for the newsletter
- Stripe and NOWPayments keep their own records
