Tell us what is wrong in a project's rating and point us to the public source.
How disputes work. CarbonMeld scores projects only from documents published on the official registries, so we cannot accept documents sent to us directly: link the registry page or document instead.
If the registry has published a document the analysis has not used, we re-check the project's documents within 48 hours and re-score it only if there are new ones.
A person reviews every other dispute against the public documents. You get a reference number now and an answer within 30 days.
