Red Flags

• ⚠Eleven material findings were identified during verification, including refrigerant charge values in calculations that did not match Initial Charge Letters for ShopRite and Wegmans, and inconsistencies in emissions and ER figures across the GHG Project Plan, ER calculations, and Monitoring Report.
• ⚠The monitoring report (April 2025) states leakage is deemed negligible, while the validation report (May 2025) does not address leakage at all — a direct contradiction between the two most recent documents.
• ⚠The verified ERR of 15,664 equals the full lifetime ex-ante estimate, meaning 100% of lifetime credits were issued in the first ~10-month monitoring period (1,200% of the pro-rata expectation for that elapsed period). While plausible for a refrigeration project where credits are generated at installation, this warrants scrutiny of whether all three locations were genuinely operational and charged within that window.
• ⚠FPIC was not conducted and no grievance mechanism is documented, despite safeguards being mentioned in the project documents.
