• ⚠Over 20 material findings in the verification report, including inconsistent geographic boundaries, unverified land ownership (NIT/ID mismatches), empty cartographic folders, and missing ICA plantation records

• ⚠ERR discrepancy of approximately 15% between the verification report (13,155 tCO2e) and the final issuance (11,182 tCO2e), resolved in favour of the lower figure
