• ⚠Crediting period is stated as 2013–2019 in the verification report but 2020–2026 in the 2023 PDD, creating ambiguity about which period the 2024 monitoring actually falls under.
• ⚠Seventeen corrective action requests were issued during verification (all closed), including missing meter documentation, an incorrect project name, and failure to use the latest Gold Standard MR template.
