Red Flags

• ⚠The PDD contains two different lifetime ex-ante emission-reduction figures (1,983,685 and 183,675 tCO₂e) on the same document date, making it impossible to confirm whether the project is over- or under-delivering against its original estimate.
• ⚠The functional-newness / baseline-replacement method changed from a local field measurement (2024 verification report) to a national default (2025 verification report) while the numeric value stayed at 99 %, raising questions about which basis the credits were actually calculated on.
• ⚠Across at least four verification reports the VVB issued corrective actions for incorrect ER calculations, wrong monitoring-period dates, sampling-method inconsistencies, and ex-ante values that did not match the registered PDD, indicating a recurring MRV quality problem.
• ⚠The PDD states that Free, Prior and Informed Consent was conducted, but the stakeholder-consultation record for the same date (October 2020) records it as not conducted — a direct contradiction on a core safeguard.
