Analysis

A 49.5 MW onshore wind project in Nanjing validated under CDM methodology ACM0002 v19.0 with a jurisdictional baseline and a reasonable leakage treatment. The main weaknesses are the absence of any monitoring or verification data in the available documents and the lack of explicit additionality-test details, leaving the project's ongoing performance unconfirmed. The apparent discrepancy between the 71,490 tCO₂e figure in the validation report and the 500,430 tCO₂e lifetime figure in the PDD is fully explained by the 7-year crediting period (71,490 × 7 = 500,430) and does not indicate a data-reliability problem.
