• ⚠Eight corrective actions (CAR#01–CAR#08) were raised in the verification report (2025-06-04) and remain open, indicating material compliance deficiencies during the monitoring period.
• ⚠The PDD (2021) estimated 49,030 tCO₂e while the monitoring report (2024) and verification report (2025) both report 145,705 tCO₂e — a ~3× increase that is only partially explained by the grid emission factor rising from 0.545 to 0.6488 (+19%).
• ⚠Ten fields show contradictions between the PDD, validation report, monitoring report, and verification report, including baseline method (project vs jurisdictional), CORSIA eligibility (true vs false), and crediting period dates.
• ⚠Permanence / reversal risk is marked as 'not addressed' in the verification report, even though the monitoring report (2025-12-29) states no reversal events were reported.
• ⚠Benefit-sharing arrangements are described in the monitoring report but explicitly absent from the verification report, creating uncertainty about Gold Standard co-benefit compliance.
