Red Flags

• ⚠Over 50 corrective actions required across the PDD, monitoring reports, and verification report, including substantive errors such as a project lifetime contradiction (25 vs 49 years), incorrect EGfacility values, and a need to recalculate emission reductions for consistency between the Excel workbook and the PDD
• ⚠Ex-ante lifetime ERR contradicted by a factor of two: 422,792 tCO2e (PDD, June 2023) versus 211,272 tCO2e (PDD, April 2023), leaving the true baseline estimate uncertain
• ⚠Grid emission factor differs between the validation report (0.6345 tCO2/MWh, 2025) and the monitoring report (0.566 tCO2/MWh, 2025), a 12% gap that directly affects credit volume
• ⚠Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) was not conducted, despite the project's community-facing nature in Turkey
