The verification report confirms additionality through a barrier test and states that the VVB reviewed the project, which is a meaningful positive. On the other hand, leakage justification is not addressed in the latest issuance record, and reversal treatment is also not addressed even though the project uses a buffer pool. The project therefore has some integrity support, but the permanence and leakage evidence are incomplete.

Transparency

The project has a named verifier, AENOR CONFIA S.A.U., and a clearly stated monitoring period from 2021-01-01 to 2022-10-31. However, the verification report says it does not include the requested vintage breakdown and does not assess the appropriateness of most assumptions and values used at verification. The large difference between claimed and verified ERs further reduces transparency because the basis for the claim is not fully clear from the extracted record.

Claim Safety

Claim safety is weakened by the very large gap between 285,642 ERs claimed and 74,333 ERs verified in the latest record. The project is listed as CORSIA-eligible, which can increase claim complexity, while CCP status is not mentioned. Because leakage and reversal treatment are not well explained, the risk of over-crediting or overstated climate benefit remains material.

Documentation

Documentation quality is limited by low extraction confidence and by multiple corrective actions required in the verification report. Those actions include updating the vintage table, providing a GIS package, clarifying opportunity cost treatment, and supplying field inventory measurements and biomass calculations. The project has many documents in the extraction set, but the record still appears incomplete and partly inconsistent.

Overall

The latest issuance record should be weighted most heavily because it is the most recent and directly tied to the credited vintage, so it is more relevant than older validation-era statements. I privileged the 2025 values over older contradictory entries for buffer pool size, safeguards, leakage treatment, additionality test type, and verified ER totals because they are newer and appear to reflect the current project status. The contradictions still matter, though: the shift from 14% to 10% buffer pool, the change in verified ER totals, and the move from earlier weaker safeguard/leakage statements to stronger recent ones all indicate a record with reliability issues, so scores were reduced accordingly.
